Hupp Family Financial Inc. is building a high performance remote sales team. We are looking for licensed insurance producers who thrive in a fast paced, goal driven environment.

You will be expected to stay active, communicate with the team, and produce results. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow your income and your career.

We offer a 36K base with strong commission upside and a path to 100K plus.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Active Property and Casualty license required

Proven sales experience in insurance

Ability to perform in a fast paced environment

Competitive mindset and strong work ethic

Comfortable working independently while staying accountable

Experience with remote communication tools preferred

Stable internet and professional work environment

Handle a high volume of calls and client conversations

Quote and present insurance options with confidence

Follow up consistently to close business
