Your role
Atlas Copco is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to dr ive growth in our high-pressure product range across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to represent a premium brand and build strong customer relationships.
- Driving sales of Atlas Copco’s high-pressure product range and related solutions.
- Creating and executing strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Business Line Manager.
- Managing your territory through proactive prospecting, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into sales.
- Building and nurturing relationships with OEMs, key accounts, and new customers.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead.
- Leveraging CRM tools for lead management, reporting, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to overall company objectives.

- An engineering qualification and a passion for technical solutions.
- Proven experience in selling capital equipment to industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in CRM systems, sales planning, and territory management.
- Knowledge of compressed air and gas applications (or eagerness to learn).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in PC use and ability to work with digital tools effectively.
