What the Role Is About

As a DME/HME Call Center Agent, you will be at the heart of our patient care coordination team. You'll handle communication, documentation, and support activities that ensure patients receive their Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) efficiently and accurately.

Your role makes a real difference in enhancing patient quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and referral partners
• Conduct lead qualification, information updates, and follow-up calls
• Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding orders, documentation, and approvals
• Process and maintain accurate patient files and case records
• Assist with scheduling, billing coordination, and administrative support
• Represent SOS with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in healthcare accounts (DME/HME preferred) is a plus — but not required
• Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City
• Comfortable with shifting schedules
