Position Overview:We are seeking experienced Sports Photographers & Videographers to provide on-site photo and video coverage for youth hockey tournaments across the United States. This role focuses on hockey events and requires the ability to capture high-quality action photography and produce short-form social media highlight content in fast-paced tournament environments. Coverage takes place over three-day weekends (Friday–Sunday) at premier youth hockey events.Key Responsibilities: Capture professional game action photography for pre-booked teams Film full-day tournament video coverage Create content for:Social media highlight videos (25–45 seconds) Tournament recap/highlight video (60 seconds)Work collaboratively with on-site Breakaway Media staff Maintain consistent quality and brand standards Interact professionally with teams, players, and tournament staffRequirements: Must be skilled in videographyProven experience in sports photography and video production (hockey preferred) Ability to shoot in indoor ice rinks with challenging lighting Strong communication and time-management skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivatedPortfolio or examples of sports video work required
