About the role:

As a Home Delivery Driver Assistant, you are to assist with loading, unloading, delivering and picking up customer’s product with a Driver in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products, and the completion of required scanning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
• To work in a helpful, friendly, and polite manner, when dealing with receivers and others.
• Deliver as per agreed delivery time and conduct delivery, unpacking, installs as per instructions from Fliway or customer.
• To wear the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
• Perform all functions in a safe manner.
• Be responsible for daily checks on the vehicle in your care.
• To be responsible for a vehicle and required actions involved in the pickup and delivery of the freight requiring one or more persons.
• Complete all scanning and notifications correctly and on time – as required in the procedure for Fliway or as specified by the customer.

• Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 7:00am and 3:30pm in Hamilton

• Full class 1 Drivers license
• Great customer service skills
• Good Communication skills
