Horticulture Leading Hand

Duties included

• Lead small teams in orchard tasks such as pruning and thinning
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
• Train new workers on orchard procedures
• Ensure work is completed to quality standards
• Report issues to Site Manager or Orchard Manager
• Maintain tools and ensure safe use
• Assist with harvest coordination and bin placement
• Monitor worker attendance and productivity
• Support health and safety compliance

Requirements- Qualification in Level 4 or 2 years of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
