Hermès Benelux-Nordics is a subsidiary of Hermès International responsible for the distribution of Hermès products in Benelux and Scandinavia.
The network consists of 7 stores (Brussels, Knokke, Amsterdam P.C Hooftstraat, Amsterdam Bijenkorf, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo) and 1 concession (Luxembourg) as well as a regional headquarters in Brussels.

What will your mission be?
As a Host/Hostess you consistently deliver quality service to all our clients.
What will your daily life look like?
Hosting
- Support the team in their daily work by offering drinks and refreshments to clients
- Accompany clients & VIC in their journeys in the store: support sales team in appointments by searching products in the back of office etc
- Present and support client animations and workshops in the store
- Share stories and anecdotes about Hermès in relation with the in-store animation
- Help clients visit the store by guiding them through Hermès universes
Conciergerie
- Provide bespoke and high touch hospitality service to clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Assist guests and clients with obtaining taxi or car service and support clients into cars assisting with their shopping bags or purchases as necessary
- Provide information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries
- Give information on current events in the city
What will you need to be successful?
- A first relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment
- Experience in event management is a strong asset
- Capacity to work collaboratively and in fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities
- Ability to provide information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries
- A natural passion for people & service
- Ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy
- A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile
- Strong communication skills, offering warmth and graciousness in all interactions
- Fluent Norwegian and a very good command of English
- To be a quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity
