Hotel Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or any related course.
• Excellent in communication skills and a problem solver.
• 2-3 years professional experience in Hotel Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising Hotel Daily Operations.
• Conduct walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Administer Guest/Customer Service & Issue Resolution.
• Perform service recovery by resolving issues with professionalism and follow-up.
• Ensure Safety, Security & Emergency Response
• Maintain company policies, brand/service standards, regulatory and safety compliance.
• Promote hotel/venue services, events, or upsell to enhance revenue.
• Assist in developing policies, setting performance targets, and process improvement suggestions.
• Monitor occupancy, manage room inventory or sales, and support upselling initiatives.
• Provide coaching, resolve employee issues, and ensure adherence to policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
