Hotel General Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving the financial success of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Maintain effective communication with guests to address concerns and enhance their experience.
• Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and attract new guests.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related field is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
• Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and supervising staff is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
