Pay: $15.50 - 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Experience:

• Previous 1-year customer service experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
• Proficient in using phone systems and essential office equipment, including computers
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills are a must

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Perform nightly property security checks
• Occasionally set up tables and chairs in the meeting room
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
• Operate phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
• Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Reconcile accounts and close out balances
• Two days a week, assist in setting up the breakfast area

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift; 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.

• Loveland/Johnstown, CO 80534: Reliably commute during all types of weather or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
