Part-Time Night Porter – Hotel

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Night Porter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering excellent guest service during overnight hours.

Working Hours:

• 2–3 nights per week
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Additional hours may be required from time to time to provide holiday cover

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Provide a high standard of customer service and respond to guest requests promptly
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night
• Carry out regular patrols of the premises
• Set up public areas for breakfast service and maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Handle basic administrative and reception duties, including phone enquiries
• Assist with light cleaning and maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts
