Objective of the Role:

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will report to the Front Office Manager and serve as the first point of contact for guests. Creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment is key. Your role is vital in setting the tone for each guest’s experience at voco - The Club Hotel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver smooth front desk operations, including check-in and check-out
• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Exceed guest expectations and resolve issues efficiently
• Handle room reservations and phone enquiries using our Property Management System (Hotel Key)
• Update guest information accurately in the system
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and directions
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready to a high standard
• Support the team with day-to-day front office tasks

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
