Heritage Corner is looking for a Full Time Housekeeper for our Assisted Living Facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways to ensure a spotless environment.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Follow established janitorial procedures to disinfect surfaces, empty trash, and replenish supplies regularly.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Maintain safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a secure environment.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate cleaning schedules that minimize disruption to residents’ daily activities.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within commercial or assisted living settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during scheduled shifts.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding resident needs.
