Hyatt Place Windsor is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As we prepare for our grand opening, we seek enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute to both the initial setup and ongoing operations of our stunning new hotel.

About the Role:

This role involves performing regular housekeeping duties, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Housekeeping:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
