A small, homely nursing home with 26 beds in Glasnevin with all female residents seeks Household Staff for part time permanent positions. Previous experience is desirable but comprehensive orientation and professional support will be given. Job Purpose:

To maintain a clean and safe environment within the Nursing Home.

To maintain the cleanliness of the Nursing Home to a very high standard at all times.

To ensure that the appropriate cleaning agents are used safely and stored away in a locked facility to safeguard the residents.

To undertake any other duties as within the scope of the position.

Main responsibilities:

- To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the Nursing Home especially bathrooms, toilets, all sitting rooms, store rooms etc.

- To be vigilant at all times in relation to high levels of hygiene and cleanliness required in Marian House in line with legislative standards.

- Ensure Cleaning tasks are completed to established cleaning and infection control standards.

- To maintain Health & Safety at Work practises at all times.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15 per hour
