Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. This position involves overseeing housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, and providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in housekeeping management within the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage for reporting purposes.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality or industrial cleaning environment.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.10 per hour
