Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet company standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while accommodating guest needs.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
