Hr & Admin Executive
  • HR Operations : Maintenance of employees' data, preparation of employment documents, employee disciplinary matters, employees' queries, management of full set of work passes in construction sector and preparation of weekly/monthly HR reports (Info-Tech Software)
  • Talent Acquisition : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Learning and Development : Work with department heads to arrange employees for training (CSOC, BCSS, Work at Height and etc.)
  • Claim Management : Submission of necessary claims, including but not limited to insurance, work injury and statutory claims
  • Compensation and Benefits : Preparation of salary proposals, support the annual appraisal process
  • Employee Engagement : Plan and organise employee engagement activities and/or events.
  • Payroll : Manage payroll process (Using Info-tech System), preparation of payroll reports
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
