JOB PURPOSE:
- Support and Partners with the organization on strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for conducting employee welfare activities to promote a conducive and harmonious work environment.
- Enhance the organization by planning, implementing and evaluation company policies, programs and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development of HR processes and policies.
- Review of the existing company policies and procedures to improve its policies.
- Processing of payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensures compensation practices are following current legislation.
- Tracking of employees’ Vacation and Sick Leaves
- Assist the employee in benefits enrolment
- Facilitates grievance administration and employee discipline processing by ensuring compliance to due process.
- Ensures complete and proper documentation of discipline, employee and other HR and admin related files.
- Facilitates compliance to labor standards
- Ensures adherence to company policy by employees
- Ensures that KPI are conducted as scheduled.
- Conducts on boarding process
- Conducts orientation to new hire employees
- Responsible for screening and hiring of employees.
- Maintaing accurate information and updating employee’s data records.
- Handles release of notices to employees on violations incurred.
- Handles due process, disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for employees with queries on various HR related matters
- Ensures application of company policies and procedures in a consistent and equitable matter.
- Uphold data accuracy and timely update or submit various reports to support business needs.
- Conducts trainings and seminars
- Assist the Accounting in processing of regulatory licenses and permits
- Perform other HR and Admin related duties as assigned
- Assist with special reviews and investigations as needed
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
