Hr Assistant / First Aider

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining job postings.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, and attendance.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, leaves, and payroll-related documentation.
• Help manage employee engagement programs and internal communication.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required by the HR department.

First Aider Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment to employees in case of accidents or medical emergencies at the workplace.
• Monitor and maintain first aid kits, ensuring all supplies are stocked and up to date.
• Be the first point of contact for any health-related emergencies and coordinate with external medical services if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of first aid incidents and report them to HR or management as needed.
• Participate in health and safety meetings to help identify risks and promote a safe working environment.

Training & Development:

• Attend and successfully complete Red Cross First Aider training at the company’s expense.
• Stay updated on first aid and health & safety protocols to ensure effective response during emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
