Hr - Assistant Recruiter

• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.
• Make necessary documents for recruitment.
• Build up relations with schools and partners
• Crafting and updating job descriptions.
• Writing recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.
• Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Pyschology, Human Resources Management, Business & Operations Management or any related field
• Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form)
• Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
• Independent and Detail-Oriented
• Strong problem solving skills
• Outgoing person and highly sociable
• Efficient and can do things in a timely fashion
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
• At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage.
• Full-Time position available
