Hr Coordinator (Members' Supervisor)

Gawa at Kalinga Multi-Purpose Cooperative is hiring for a Members’ Supervisor.

A Members’ Supervisor is responsible for guiding and supervising members, ensuring proper handling of concerns, administering disciplinary actions, and delivering excellent service to achieve client and member satisfaction. This role requires strong people-handling and coordination skills to effectively manage members while ensuring compliance with policies and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide members to ensure compliance with cooperative and client requirements.
• Handle member concerns with strong people management and coordination skills.
• Administer disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation of cases.
• Coordinate with clients, members, and internal teams to address concerns effectively.
• Provide excellent service that supports both member welfare and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong people-handling and interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge in Customer Service, Social Work, or Human Resources
• Good oral, written communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Amenable to work in Makati
