Hr Data Management Team Leader (Hybrid)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an HR Data Management Team Leader to oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding. The role ensures accurate HR data management, efficient service delivery, team performance, and supports employee experience and organizational goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or any related course.
  • Experience leading teams in a global/shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, ERP systems, and HR data management tools
  • Proven experience in reporting, database management, and analytics
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Experience working with multicultural stakeholders across regions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (CET/AEST coverage when needed)

At least 3 years of experience with the following:

  • People Management
  • HR Management
  • End-to-end Employee Lifecycle
  • Ticket Management
  • Direct Handling of International Candidates
  • Shared Services Environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in start-up or fast-paced environments is a plus

Shift Options:

  • Berlin Support: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (MNL) / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET)
  • US Support: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • US Support: Wednesday–Sunday: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
