Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and managing the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees, integrating feedback loops to measure onboarding success and continuously improve the process.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, focusing on recognition, well-being, and career development.
- Measure engagement through data-backed methods, addressing disengagement with targeted actions and promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
- Champion behaviors aligned with organizational values to foster collaboration, diversity, and a strong sense of community.
Employee Relations:
- Provide managers with actionable guidance to address underperformance, recognize excellence, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving HR-related inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support conflict resolution and mediate disputes to build trust and maintain positive employee relations.
Performance Management:
- Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues and developing improvement plans when needed.
- Track and report on employee performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and deliver targeted programs that support employee skills and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging professional development and using analytics to assess program effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate records and compliance with annual enrolment processes.
- Use data to benchmark compensation and benefits, addressing employee inquiries transparently and ensuring competitiveness.
HR Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and prepare reports for audits and legal compliance as needed.
Strategic HR Support
- Support the Head of HR in strategic workforce planning and organisational development by providing actionable insights from HR data.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with organisational goals. • Use data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance employee engagement and overall efficiency. With Any other tasks as requested by the Head of HR or any other member of the senior management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
