Recruitment
- Ensure approved manpower requests.
- Coordinate job vacancy advertisements.
- Assist in initial candidate screening and interviews; forward shortlisted candidates.
- Administer pre-employment exams, arrange medical exams, and conduct background checks.
- Verify pre-employment documents.
- Coordinate company IDs and payroll account setup.
- Ensure complete requirements before onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain 201 files for new hires.
Timekeeping Report
- Remind employees of payroll cut-off dates.
- Consolidate approved leave forms, overtime, and daily time records.
- Clarify attendance issues with supervisors.
- Update leave records, review overtime, and daily time records.
- Monitor tardiness, under-time, and unpaid leave.
- Submit final attendance report to Accounting for payroll processing.
Employee Relations
- Issue memorandums for policy violations.
- Assist with work-related concerns and grievances.
- Escalate critical cases to HR Manager.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities.
Government Benefits
- Ensure compliance with reporting new employees to SSS, HDMF, and PHIC.
- Review and submit government documents.
- Update government records timely.
- Assist employees with government benefits.
- Monitor SSS reimbursement transactions.
- Disseminate updates from SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.
Life/Accident Insurance
- Submit deletion/inclusion reports to the insurance provider.
- Maintain updated employee master list for insurance.
- Verify and check billing statements.
- Address billing concerns with insurance providers.
- Ensure travel insurance for employee travel.
Health Care Benefit
- Enroll employees in the HMO program.
- Submit deletion reports for separated employees.
- Submit employee premium dues to Accounting.
- Coordinate premium refunds and new accounts with insurance providers.
- Organize wellness lectures.
- Assist in Annual Physical Examinations (APE).
NPA/Employment Contract
- Prepare Notice of Personnel Action (NPA)/Employment Contracts for new hires, movements, and status changes.
- Monitor and process employment contract status changes.
- Provide Performance Evaluation Forms for reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
