Training & Development / Employee Engagement

• Conduct orientation and training
• Evaluate and recommend employee development programs or activities
• Monitor the Trainees’ program and schedule
• Facilitate periodic evaluation of all employees
• Organize company events

Schedule, Compensation and Benefits

• Timekeeping
• Strict compliance of Leaves and OT filing
• Monitor leaves

Records Management

• Oversee and supervise maintenance and update of all HR files ( 201 records, DOLE requirements, Minutes, Flowcharts, etc)
• Ensure all pertinent personnel information are properly captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times.
• DOLE compliance

Employee Relations

• Periodic review and update Company Policies
• Develop, execute and implement Company Policies and Regulations
• Issue disciplinary memos (NTE, sanctions) and letters (AWOL)
• Facilitate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the company policies
• Employee counselling
• Attend labor hearings
• Communicate and close coordination with manpower agencies regarding employee concerns and infractions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
