Reporting to: Financial Director

Role description:

· Manage the full recruitment (from drafting job descriptions and advertising roles to interviewing candidates, extending offers and completing vetting and onboarding)

· Conduct inductions that involve coordinating health and safety training, as well as addressing staff requirements for onboarding.

· Provide guidance and hands-on support to Manager al employee relations matters.

· Develop and deliver HR reporting (absence, retention, performance metrics) to support business decisions

· Oversee all HR administration, including contracts, offer letters and policy documentation

· Establish and continuously improve HR processes and best practice

Suitable candidates should have:

· Minimum 1–2 years’ HR experience, ideally in a generalist or standalone capacity

· Experienced in HR reporting and drafting employment documentation

· Proven track record in building robust employee relations and handling large-scale recruitment processes.

· Confident managing absence management and investigations

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Have clear understanding of current HR laws and practices

· The ability to work as part of a team and on own.

Salary: Negotiable. and will include Suitable benefits and package.

Pay: €32,253.62-€51,895.64 per year
