Hr Generalist

The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team and will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist in the selection process.
  • Manage new employee onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and introductions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions or concerns regarding policies, procedures, or conflict resolution.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support managers with the implementation of performance review processes.
  • Assist in tracking employee performance, setting goals, and facilitating feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures as needed.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and ensure all HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and open enrollment processes.
  • Support compensation analysis and ensure equitable pay structures across the organization.
  • Coordinate or facilitate training sessions on company policies, compliance topics, and employee development.
  • Identify opportunities for employee growth and skills development.
  • Assist in the implementation of leadership development and talent management programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and metrics, including turnover rates, headcount, and hiring trends.
  • Process and track employee leave requests, including FMLA, sick leave, and vacation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Flextime

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
