Hr Generalist

Berben Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Generalist with strong experience in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration. The successful candidate will oversee core HR functions, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support the company’s talent and workforce management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

* Administer employee compensation, benefits, and government-mandated contributions.

* Handle employee relations concerns and support engagement initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

* Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development programs.

* Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to HR operations.

* Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.

* Strong HR Generalist background with exposure to multiple HR functions.

* Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and statutory requirements.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
