Hr Generalist (Work At Home Set Up)

Job Title: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our HR department by supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. You will work closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment, handle HR-related inquiries, and contribute to HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Documentation:

Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage documentation and maintain accurate records to reduce non-compliance risks.

  • Policy Development and Implementation:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals.

  • Benefits Administration:

Act as the backup for administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Address benefits-related inquiries.

  • Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Performance Management:

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.

  • Employee Relations:

Provide guidance on HR policies and assist with employee relations, including investigating and resolving complaints.

  • Training and Development:

Assist in developing and delivering training programs. Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding.

  • Legal Compliance:

Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure HR policies are compliant.

  • Projects and Reporting:

Support HR projects, including those related to employee engagement and talent development. Prepare HR reports and analyze data for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
