HR Internship Program 2023 - Dublin, Ireland

Sisk HR is a bustling HR environment, with a focus on service delivery. The successful candidate will obtain hands-on HR operational experience that will provide a competitive edge in the future labour market.

We are currently seeking an intern, with a keen interest in HR, to join our committed HR team.

The successful intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team across all areas of HR including: Recruitment, Reward, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.

You will also have the opportunity to spend focus time on key HR business projects throughout the year.

This is a great opportunity for an intern, who is hoping to gain practical experience in a sector leading and growing organisation.

Skills Required

• A good team player with a positive work ethic and a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
• Strong organisational skills & a desire to deliver process excellence
• Effective verbal & written communication skills, enabling efficient business interaction and communication to our employees at all levels
• Customer focused with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to prioritise own workload
• Attention to detail, and the ability to carry out activity with discretion & confidentiality
• Experience of using Office 365 (MS Word & Excel), updating systems, and data management
• A growth mindset, with the ability to handle the unknown, be resilient, and calm under a busy workload
