What you will do

The People & Culture department consists of 9 people who are divided over an HR team, a Recruitment team and Office team, in which we have a joint responsibility of making the employee journey for our 200+ Tiqeteers as exciting and fun as possible. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. You will support the team in daily operations and contribute to key projects that help drive our people strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

• Keep personnel records accurate and up to date in HR systems
• Support the maintenance of HR databases, including contracts, employee benefits, internal policies
• Help coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries in the HR inbox
• Contribute to various HR projects and provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle confidential information
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing. Dutch is a plus
• You are available for a period of 5 to 6 months, full-time
• You are living in the Netherlands, close to or in Amsterdam (for commuting purposes)
