• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must be enrolled in an internship/OJT program required by the school.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions, labor relations, and administrative processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• To be assigned at the company's Headquarters/Human Resources Department.
