Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various Human Resources functions. This internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the development of a thriving workplace.
What you’ll do
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and letters.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
What you bring to the table
- You are fluent in English
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus but not required.
