As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will be given the opportunity to work on robust projects with real business needs that are vital to the continued success and growth of SC Johnson. Our internship program will allow you to build critical skills and capabilities and work collaboratively with multiple HR functions and teams to provide high impact HR solutions.

  • Training: We provide a formalized training program that includes topics such as SAP training, P&L training and others necessitated by the specific project(s).
  • Coaching and Mentoring: From day one, you will receive support from an experienced manager and mentor to help answer any questions you may have along the way.
  • Flexibility to participate in Summer Hours, which allows you to complete your work week by noon on Friday.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Must be enrolled and seeking a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Psychology, or a related degree with a graduation date between December 2024 - May/June 2026
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
  • Available to complete internship late May 2024 through early August 2024

Job Requirements:

  • Full time Monday- Friday
  • 12-week summer internship
  • This position is not eligible for remote work
