· Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and retention strategies to support business goals.
· Coordinate staffing needs across all departments including warehouse, sales, technical, production, and administration, ensuring efficient manpower planning and deployment.
· Ensure the implementation and enforcement of HR policies in accordance with labor laws, company values, and industry regulations. Recommend updates or revisions as needed.
· Ensure the effective implementation of company rules and regulations, and facilitate appropriate disciplinary actions if needed.
· Secure regular performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and manage disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
· Ensure that accurate employee records are maintained, including contracts, attendance, leave balances, performance evaluations, and training histories.
· Administer payroll processing in coordination with the Finance team, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement of salaries and statutory deductions.
· Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, especially in production and warehouse areas, and work with relevant departments to reduce workplace risks.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, diversity, and teamwork through employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
· Provide guidance to senior management on HR trends, compensation benchmarking, organizational development, and workforce planning.
· Collaborate with sales, and operations departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and operational requirements.
· Represent the Company in various labor and government regulatory concerns (e.g., dealing with labor agencies, regulatory audits, compliance reporting).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
