- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Norwegian labour laws and regulations.
- Manage HR and performance cycle.
- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Manage payroll in OCS, benefits and compensation administration.
- Manage global mobility and international assignments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manager one HR Administrative employee.
- Cooperate with and contribute to the global Yinson HR organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of Norwegian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Norwegian is highly recommended.
