Role:
The HR Intern will have HR support responsibility over all businesses, coverage and function lines under their specific local scope for a period of two months during the summer.
At their local level, they will be tasked with:
- Supporting the local HR platform in accordance with local regulations
- Providing reporting support on HR related topics proactively or when requested by Head of HR or HRBPs.
- Supporting the HRBP’s on specific topics
- Administration of employee drives & systems
Qualifications & Experience required for this role:
- Prior experience in an HR or Administrative environment would be desirable
- Qualifications or working towards qualifications in HR or a related field would be desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PDF tools
- Culture fit with HR (collaborative spirit, interest in people issues, confidentiality…)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
