- Attains on-the-job work experience that is aligned with career objectives.
- Participates in cross-functional teamwork to complete Intern Project.
- Performs additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Performs tasks related to the degree program as assigned by the work team leader.
The needed skills and experience for this role include...
- Ability to translate concepts learned in the classroom towards real business situations.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive projects and data.
- Self-starter with a drive to learn and solve complex problems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficicent in Microsoft Office Suite (advance in Excel), and HRIS Systems.
- Enrolled and pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.
- You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
- Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.

A starting compensation range for this role is $15.05 - $18.65. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .
