Maintain and update seller records and database. (e.g. seller directory and personal info sheets)

Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and calling card requests.

Assist with sellers' O.R. collection and encoding

Assist in ensuring HR-related announcements are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
Academic or voluntary internship.

Graduating student of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.

Preferably 400+ hours (minimum 3 months).

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Willingness to learn as much about the company as possible and ability to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others.

Must have proven communication skills.

Ability to work in a team.
