About the Role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our HR team as we continue to scale. This role is focused on execution, follow-through, and day-to-day coordination, and works closely with another HR Coordinator to ensure consistency, coverage, and support across multiple client accounts.
This position is well suited for someone with strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment who enjoys structured work, can manage multiple tasks at once, and is eager to learn within an HR-focused professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team and Senior HR Coordinator
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and internal files
- Support payroll preparation tasks, audits, and data verification
- Assist with benefits administration support and employee changes
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and recurring HR tasks across client accounts
- Coordinate internal communications, scheduling, and document collection
- Follow established processes and contribute to consistency across workflows
- Provide backup coverage and shared support across HR coordination needs
Qualifications
Required
- 2–5 years of administrative, HR support, or coordination experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfort working collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar tools
Preferred
- Exposure to HR, payroll, or benefits administration
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or client accounts
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll platforms
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
PTO: 15 days PTO + paid holidays
Reports to: HR Leadership; works closely with Senior HR Coordinator
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
