Participation in University and other recruitment events
Managing the GKN Careers website and applicant flow
Assisting in orientation and training
Implementation of policies/processes
Performance management
Talent planning
Data upkeep in Kronos
Lead Engagement Team
Event planning within facility and community
Other HR duties as assigned
