Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding hourly production candidates
- Participation in University and other recruitment events
- Managing the GKN Careers website and applicant flow
- Assisting in orientation and training
- Implementation of policies/processes
- Performance management
- Talent planning
- Data upkeep in Kronos
- Lead Engagement Team
- Event planning within facility and community
- Other HR duties as assigned
