We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource (HR) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the HR function within One Nadela Dental and Medical Group.
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
3. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor and enhance employee productivity.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Address underperformance and recognize achievements effectively.
4. Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies in line with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment standards.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory bodies.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and create programs to address skill gaps.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and refine as necessary.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
7. HR Metrics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and progress.
- Suggest improvements to enhance overall HR efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role (2 or more years experience).
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
