Human Resources Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and Australian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with Fair Work and Australian employment legislation.

Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.

Assist with performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.

Provide HR support and advice to management and staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

A minimum of 2 years of HR experience – preferably Australian HR practice.

Excellent communication skills, including interviewing skills, probing, listening, and follow-through.

Proficiency in HRIS, as well as Microsoft Office, is essential.

Well- you handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
