The Role

We’re seeking a driven, experienced Finance Manager who knows how to close not just sell. You’ll handle high-volume applications, work with multiple lenders, and structure deals that get customers approved quickly and cleanly.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing and approvals through multiple lender relationships
• Present warranty, protection, and insurance products confidently
• Ensure all contracts are accurate and compliant
• Support the sales team to maximize profitability per deal
• Maintain strong lender and customer relationships
• Drive monthly targets and coach others on deal structure

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager (F&I) in automotive
• Strong understanding of subprime and near-prime lending
• Exceptional communication and closing skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish or Tagalog) an asset
