Your Role:

• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, setting the tone for their unforgettable experience.
• Assist with coat check-in and ensure guests feel comfortable and ready for their ice adventure.
• Serve drinks inside the Ice Bar, engaging with guests in both lively and intimate interactions.
• Share information about the venue and make sure guests have a memorable time.
• Support the reception area, handling bookings, ticketing, and inquiries.
• Uphold the Future Hospitality Group values in all your interactions with guests and team members.
