JOB PURPOSE:
You will play a critical role in driving Unilever Ice-Cream’s ambition to make digital commerce (dCom) a continuous growth engine. You will work with frontier d-commerce markets, partners and brand teams to unlock revenue Designed for eCom(D4E) portfolio and drive revenue growth using the levers of Net Revenue Management (NRM) (Portfolio, Mix Management, and Investment Management).
You develop proficiency in two critical skills, NRM and d-Commerce. You will lead the development and deployment of dNRM Design for Channel strategy in top strategic channels (Omni.com, Rapid Grocery and Meal Delivery) and partners (i.e Tesco, Carrefour, Flink, Burger King, Dominos) boost data driven account management across markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead the d-commerce Net Revenue Management (NRM) program for Ice-Cream, focused mainly in EU&ANZ (Priority Markets: UK,NL,DE,FR,AUS) You will be a thought leader and change agent.
You will:
Design tailor made NRM capability for top strategic channels, creating and rolling out the NRM playbook in the top markets.
Lead dNRM integration by designing Retailer NRM framework for top markets’ customers
Create category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price & pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions.
Identifying white-spaces, pack/ price opportunities, and building a channel-specific portfolio and power assortment for Omni, Rapid Grocery and QSRs
Work together with dCom Channel Strategy Lead to define current and future growth drivers that will shape retailer and UL Ice-Cream go-to-market strategies and plans.
Bring measurable impact by spotting growth opportunities.

Ideally 4+ years of Commercial (Customer Management) / dCom / Data & Insights Experience
Experience in managing cross functional teams, and strong influencing and people management skills.
Ability to take the teams along and getting the job done leveraging cross-functional expertise.

Curiosity: A customer centric mindset
Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
