La Michoacana Joy in Salinas, CA is looking for ice cream servers to join our strong team. We are located on 1666 North Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

1. Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts.
• Handle cash register operations, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, equipment, and dining space.
• Restock ice cream flavors, cones, toppings, and other supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for handling transactions.
