We specialize in navigating complex immigration challenges, including family reunification via spousal PR and spousal open work permits, permanent residency pathways (Express Entry, PNPs), and study permits. Our mission is to deliver personalized, effective, and results-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Representation & Case Preparation

  • Manage complex immigration matters, including Judicial Reviews, Asylum Claims, and hearings with the RPD, IRB, and ID.
  • Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, mediations, and Federal Court applications when required.

Research & Drafting

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Draft and review high-quality legal documents such as affidavits, motions, and submissions for Federal Court and tribunals.

Case Management & Collaboration

  • Oversee the preparation and timely filing of immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records using tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Licensed and in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial law society (Ontario preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Canadian Immigration Law, including experience with Judicial Reviews and Refugee Claims.

Skills

  • Strong legal research and drafting skills (experience with LexisNexis or Westlaw preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative mindset.
